The other option (of course this is an oversimplification!) is to look at all the available resources worldwide, and devise an approach that would fully utilize those resources. That would require research into the particular resources of a particular country, and the extent and location of existing fellowships so that efforts to spread the good news of reconciliation would take place where they are most needed.

What are those resources? The main resource is of course God’s presence, power, and guidance. The second resource is always people. As important as it seems, funding is always a distant third. What sort of people might be drawn into this greatest of all tasks? Is this the responsibility, before the Lord, only of people like us? Of course not! Here things start getting a whole lot more complicated, but this is the real situation.
